Welcome and Congratulations - I’m thrilled to support you on your life journey!

Please review the following document. In submitting this document, you, the Client, and Meg Hartley are agreeing to the terms as noted below:

COMMITMENT
You are stepping into our 3 months of work together because you want a mentor/guide and support system on your journey to uncovering your full brilliance as a being. You also desire to become more embodied and aligned with your soul's truth.

By choosing to participate in this program you are committing to the full term of (3) months starting the day of your first booked session of this 1:1 work as outlined below.

You will maximize the value of your investment by coming to the sessions focused, fully prepared to dive in and follow through on any homework that is suggested. It is my expectation that you are fully committed, to the best of your ability, to this process.

PROGRAM SERVICES AND STRUCTURE
Your enrollment period is from the day you submit this agreement and extends through the 12 week program. The minimum services to be provided by Meg Hartley include but are not limited to:

  • (6) 60 minute 1:1 mentorship sessions. These calls will be held every week of the month. This schedule will take place for 3 months.

  • Access Monday-Friday to Meg Hartley, through text, if any questions/concerns/celebrations arise pertaining to our work together. Please allow up to 24 hrs for response. If you send a message over the weekend I'll respond on Monday.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Meg Hartley/Honor Your Essence Wellness owns the recordings, curriculum and all content in the course unless otherwise stated. Participants cannot share links, course content, materials, recordings with any other persons.

FEES

  • The total cost of the 1:1 program for 3 months is $1200. This includes weekly meetings for the duration of the 3 month time period.

  • Payment options include one payment of $1200; monthly payments of $400 or weekly payments of $100.

  • All fees are non-refundable.*

  • Payments can be made through Paypal or Venmo

*Some specific exceptions may apply, but a phone conversation with Meg Hartley is required. Only partial refunds for the remaining time or transferring the funds to another program will be granted.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
Under extreme circumstances, I may need to reschedule a coaching call. If that should happen you will receive as much notice as possible and the call will be rescheduled during a time best suited for the group. If a change of schedule arises for you please let me know at least 48 hrs in advance or as soon as possible if it is an emergency.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Meg Hartley/Honor Your Essence Wellness shall not be liable to you for:

  • (A) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, ANY PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS;

  • (B) AS A MENTOR/GUIDE I WILL NOT TELL THE CLIENT WHAT TO DO, AND YOU, AS THE CLIENT, ARE ALWAYS EMPOWERED TO CHOOSE AND ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR/THEIR ACTIONS. THE CLIENT ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RELATION TO A MENTORSHIP/GUIDANCE SESSION AS WELL AS ALL OUTCOMES AND RESULTS.

  • (C) IN THE EVENT THAT THE CLIENT DIVULGES INFORMATION THAT I DETERMINE THAT THE CLIENT IS A RISK TO HIM/HERSELF/THEMSELF OR OTHERS, I AM LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY THE CLIENT’S PARENTS (IF A MINOR) AND OTHER APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL.

  • (D) THESE SESSIONS AND THIS PROGRAM ARE NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR COUNSELING OR ADVICE FROM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
